YouTube Nation is YouTube's proprietary daily show that highlights the very best videos on the site. Not an easy task considering every hour 150,000 hours of footage are uploaded to YouTube from around the globe. Our idea to promote the show was to recreate actual moments using only video footage from YouTube. In the example below, we recreated the final moments of the USA-Portugal World Cup game that had taken place the week prior to launch. YouTube Nation now has over 2 million subscribers with some individual episodes receiving over 13 million views.
